Engine & Cylinder Head Specifications

All our engines & cylinder heads are rebuilt using
all new components. For example, our cylinder heads
are converted to lead free by fitting exhaust valve seat
inserts, new valves are used, along with bronze exhaust
& inlet valve guides. All our heads are then surface
ground on the cylinder head gasket face and then fully
assembled with new valve stem seals (when appropriate)
and new valve springs. Engines are rebuilt using new
pistons & rings, reground crankshaft and new main & big
end shells. New cam followers are used with either a new
or reprofiled camshaft, new timing chain and tensioner,
new or reconditioned oil pump, new oil pressure relief
valve & spring, new core plug in the cylinder block & head,
rebuilt rocker assembly, new front & rear oil seal. The
engine is fully assembled and then painted in the
appropriate colour. We can build fast road, rally or race
engines to any specification you may require. Just tell us
what you want and we can rebuild it.
